"Outstanding Support from Customer Service"
This was my first experience with Pikl insurance, and I was quite pleased with the whole process. First off, the customer service rep, Maria, was fantastic; she addressed all my questions and even followed up with a phone call. This kind of service really showcases what the company is about. Additionally, the online forms were straightforward and fast to fill out. I would surely suggest Pikl insurance to others.

"Coverage for Vacation Rental Cottage"
I needed 'host insurance' for a place we rent out on Airbnb. The quote from our current broker was 70% more than what we paid in previous years, and I couldn't figure out why. So, I took some time to explore other options, and I gotta say, the Pikl experience was top-notch. In the end, we got a price that was just a 13% bump from last year. James was super helpful, no doubt about it.

"Friendly, calm, and efficient service with clear explanations."
The team was both friendly and efficient. I didn't have to wait long for my call to connect. They took their time to explain everything and didn’t push any advice. I'm happy with the coverage for my holiday rental, and the cost is quite fair. It's almost half of what my last insurer wanted for renewal.

I hopped onto Gocompare to find insurance for our holiday rental on Airbnb. The site laid out the particular needs and had a super easy form to fill out. Then I noticed that my go-to insurer, LV, was giving the best quote, so it was an obvious choice.

Fantastic company! It's awesome to find a place where you can reach out and chat with someone right away, feeling sure about the product you've purchased (not something you see often nowadays). This is the sole company I've come across that offers holiday rental insurance with a straightforward and transparent policy that protects us and our property.

"First Contact with the Agent"
During my first call, the representative gathered my information and the purpose of my inquiry, which was to obtain home insurance. Unfortunately, there wasn't an agent free at that moment to proceed with the quote, but they noted my number and assured me that someone would reach out within the hour. To my surprise, I got a call back in just 10 minutes. Awesome! After that, the agent maintained a high level of professionalism and clarified any confusing points for me. The conversation was smooth and ended positively. I'm really pleased with how everything turned out.
